This policy explains what information BlockVista collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection minimal by design.

01 Who we are
BlockVista is a mobile block puzzle game developed and published by Mancuso Strategy LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, operating its product brand Mancuso Strategy Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy applies to the BlockVista app and this website at blockvista.app.
02 Scope
This policy covers information handled through the BlockVista app and website. It does not cover Apple's own collection of information, or any third-party service that operates under its own privacy policy. BlockVista is currently in development; this policy describes our practices for the app as it is released and will be updated as features ship.
03 Information we collect
We designed BlockVista to need as little personal information as possible. Depending on how you use the app and website, the following may apply:
Information you provide
- Support correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message, so we can respond.
Information collected automatically
- Device and diagnostic data. To keep the game stable, we may receive crash reports and basic technical data such as device model, operating system version, and performance metrics. Where this is provided through Apple, it is aggregated and not used to identify you.
- On-device game data. Your scores, progress, and settings are stored on your device. We do not need to collect this to operate the game.
Information from Apple
- Purchases. If BlockVista offers any paid items, purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes your payment; we never receive your card number or full payment details. We may receive confirmation that a purchase occurred so we can deliver what you bought.
No advertising trackers today. BlockVista does not currently include third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and request any permission required by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework first.
04 How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the game and website.
- To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve stability and performance.
- To respond to your support requests and communicate about issues you raise.
- To deliver purchases and provide customer service related to them.
- To protect against fraud, abuse, and security risks, and to comply with law.
05 Legal bases (EEA / UK users)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on these legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the game and process purchases), legitimate interests (to keep the app secure, stable, and improving, balanced against your rights), consent (where required, such as optional analytics or tracking), and legal obligation (to comply with applicable law).
06 Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information only:
- To service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (for example, infrastructure, email, or crash reporting), limited to what they need.
- To Apple, as part of distributing the app and processing purchases through the App Store.
- For legal reasons, if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.
- In a business transfer, if Mancuso Strategy LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will note it here.
07 Third-party services
BlockVista is distributed through the Apple App Store, and certain device and diagnostic features depend on Apple's platform. Your use of the App Store and any Apple service is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. If we add other third-party tools (such as analytics) in the future, we will identify them here and link to their policies.
08 Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Support emails are retained while we resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Aggregated, diagnostic, or de-identified data may be kept longer to improve the app. On-device game data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear it.
09 Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited data we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to limit what we collect in the first place.
10 Children's privacy
BlockVista is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. The app's age rating in the App Store reflects its content.
11 Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we collect so little, in most cases the simplest controls are to manage app permissions in iOS Settings and to delete the app, which removes on-device data.
EEA / UK residents may exercise GDPR rights and lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete, correct, and limit certain uses; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. To exercise any right, email us at the address below and we will respond as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
12 International transfers
We operate from the United States. If you use BlockVista from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
13 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves or as laws change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of BlockVista after an update means you accept the revised policy.
