These terms govern your use of the BlockVista app and website. Please read them before you play.

01 Acceptance of these terms
BlockVista is provided by Mancuso Strategy LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, through its product brand Mancuso Strategy Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using BlockVista, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
02 License to use
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use BlockVista on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license is provided through the App Store and is subject to Apple's rules.
03 Ownership & intellectual property
BlockVista, including its code, design, artwork, crystalline visual identity, audio, names, logos, and the BlockVista and Mancuso Strategy Studios brands, is owned by Mancuso Strategy LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law or permitted by Apple's terms.
04 Acceptable use
You agree not to use BlockVista to: violate any law; infringe anyone's rights; cheat, exploit, or tamper with the game in ways that harm others; introduce malware; or interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the app, website, or related systems. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms.
05 Purchases
If BlockVista offers paid items, all purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and billing. Prices and availability may change. Except where required by law or Apple's refund policies, purchases are non-refundable. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
06 Apple App Store terms
BlockVista is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA in Apple's App Store terms). You acknowledge that:
- These terms are between you and Mancuso Strategy LLC, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, legal, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
07 Updates & availability
BlockVista is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features, release updates, or discontinue the app or website at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Some features may require a compatible device, a current iOS version, or an internet connection.
08 Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlockVista and this website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
09 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mancuso Strategy LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of BlockVista. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty U.S. dollars (US$20). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
10 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mancuso Strategy LLC and its members, officers, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of BlockVista or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not subject to Apple's terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
12 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves or as laws change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of BlockVista after an update means you accept the revised terms.
